I’m Dr. Moriah Strong, DVM, DACVPM (Preventive Medicine), providing flexible, professional relief coverage across Delaware, Maryland, and Oregon. With 10 years of experience, I’m comfortable managing a wide range of medical and surgical cases and integrating smoothly with new teams, workflows, and software.

What I Offer

• Breadth of care: Preventive care to complex internal medicine, client-centered urgent care/triage for dogs, cats, small mammals and reptiles!

• Procedures & diagnostics: Comfortable with basic ultrasound, radiology, and endoscopy/laparoscopy.

• Surgery: Available once we’ve established a working relationship and I’ve covered your clinic several times.

• Advanced Training: Completed a certificate program through the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy. Completed advanced training in emergency care, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and dental extraction.

• Leadership background: Former U.S. Army Veterinary Corps Officer with experience managing multiple clinics and caring for working dogs (K9 units/military working dogs).

• Professionalism & fit: Calm, efficient, and adaptable; I prioritize clear communication, thorough records, and teamwork.

Coverage & Scheduling
Licensed in DE, MD, and OR. DEA Licensed. I offer single-day, multi-day, and short-term blocks; high-volume days as needed.
